Accurate analysis throughout the entire oil production phase
Accurate and specific analysis and professional tastings of samples is carried out by our company both at the mill by the supplier, and upon delivery to companies.
All bulk oils are stored in special stainless steel tanks, which in turn are stored in warehouses where the temperature never exceeds 20 degrees Celsius. This is the only way to preserve the oxidation process. In these tanks, the oil comes into contact with very little air, therefore eliminating the sediment that occurs from the deposit of the olive particles still present in the oil must.
When cooking oils are ready, they are further subjected to quality-control checks, and only at the end of this are they packaged and delivered to the customer.
Oil transport and delivery service
Based on customer requests and needs, the Gruppo Oleario Meridionale in Siderno will take of supply and transport of cooking oils, however, there is a minimum order.
How the products are packaged is then agreed upon, also offering the possibility to fill any customer's tanks.
